To make Croutons, you need:

    - 2 Large Pita Bread, Sliced into Strips About 1" Long by 1/2" Wide.

    - 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil.

    - 1/4 Tsp. of Coarse Salt.

    - 1/8 Tsp. of Black Pepper.


    To make the Salad, you need:

    - 1 Thinly sliced Lettuce.

    - 1 Cup of Parsley leaves.

    - 1/2 Cup of Mint leave.

    - 2 Cucumbers. (Quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced)

    - 2 Medium Diced Tomatoes.

    - 4 Green Onions, White and Green Parts.

    - Thinly Sliced Radishes.

    For Dressing:

    - 3 Tbsp. of Fresh Lemon Juice.

    - 3 Tbsp. of Olive Oil.

    - 1/2 Tsp. of Sumac.

    - 1/4 Tsp. of Coarse Salt.

    - 1 Crushed Garlic Clove.



    1. For the croutons, heat the oven to 400 F. Toss the sliced bread with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the bread in a single layer on a large baking sheet, then let them be baked until becoming golden on both sides, about 8 minutes to cool.

    2. For dressing, whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.

    3. For preparing salad, toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl, add the dressing and croutons.

    4. Transfer the salad to a decorative bowl and serve immediately.
