Adana Kebab


    - 150 g. of sheep fat.

    - 2 Chopped and drained onion.

    - 2 Crushed garlic cloves.

    - 1 Tsp. of salt/ as desired.

    - 1 Kg. of minced meat.

    - 1 Tsp. of black pepper/ as desired.

    - 1/2 Pack of fresh parsley, finely chopped.


    1. Mix ingredients well until they loosen together (for five minutes at least), so as not to slip away from the meat skewer.

    2. Grilling skewer is formed as usual and grilled on charcoal.

    3. Served with onions and grilled tomatoes on charcoal.
